Richy is a dynamic freelance videographer with over 7 years of experience crafting visually stunning stories, impacting lives one frame at a time. Proficient in a range of powerful software including Adobe’s Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve, Richy excels at bringing ideas to life through precise editing, vibrant color grading, and innovative visual effects. As a cinematographer and photographer, Richy thrives on transforming his own ideas into compelling narratives, capturing the essence of every moment with a storyteller's touch.
A natural leader, Richy has led a team of studio artists in producing photo and video services for ArtWorks Cincinnati. He has directed, filmed, and edited a wide range of artistic works, including live music performances and visualizations. Disciplined and collaborative, Richy will fight to perfect his craft in pursuit of changing lives for the better.
Since 2022, Richy has been professionally doing photo and video work. He's delved into filmmaking using a virtual camera, allowing more creative freedom without the use of a DSLR and expensive camera equipment. Applying his skills to the real world, he’s crafted visually compelling content that captures meaningful stories and enhances audience engagement across diverse media platforms.
Along with filmmaking, Richy uses his intuition to create compositions that strike feelings and are visually appealing. Richy enjoys capturing the essence of a lively environment, or simply the beauty of life in one single frame as a storytelling masterpiece.
Richy has also been creating "launchpad performances" since 2017. Utilizing the Novation launchpad, he programs LED visuals for Dubstep and EDM genres of music. Providing a visual and live experience to familiar music is the main goal of launchpad performances. You can find his videos on YouTube.
